站桩 Zhàn zhuāng ~ colloquially, standing like a tree or pillar ~ is the practice of holding the mind in standing meditation. It is the zhuang of level 1 that furnishes an invaluable bridge to all levels of practice in Zhineng Qigong. For details see /Standing/

无我心

拉气

拉气 Lā qì is a profound method for nourishing the body, the mind, and the spirit.

It is a simple movement of the hands, the palms spreading and then enveloping a vibrating centre. For details see /LaQi/

捧气

捧气贯顶法 Pěng qì guàn dǐng fǎ ~ the fa (method) of level 1 that softens the body and makes it sensitive and permeable. The simple movements of opening and closing, drawing in and releasing, increase our inner store of energy in lower, middle and upper dantian. For details see /PengQi/
